How do you verify purity and quality?
Every compound undergoes independent third-party testing by HPLC and mass spectrometry, verified to ≥98% purity. Results are documented on a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each lot.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is available for every batch. Browse them all on our COA page, or check the relevant product page — each COA lists the exact lot number, purity, and full test results.
How should the compounds be stored and handled?
For long-term stability, store lyophilized compounds in a cool, dry place away from light. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and handle only in a controlled laboratory setting.
How fast will my order ship?
Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Destinations: We currently ship within the Canada only.
Delivery: Standard shipping arrives in an estimated 3–5 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on quantity, destination, and method.
Tracking & delays: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please double-check your address — we can’t be responsible for carrier delays or incorrect details.
Do peptides require reconstitution before laboratory use?
Most peptides are supplied as a lyophilized powder and require reconstitution before use in a laboratory setting. Refer to the product page and any included documentation for handling guidance.
